Terms of Use

1. Publisher

2. Description of the service

SeonZen offers personalised break reminders, soothing animations and tracking of your practice. Some features are reserved for subscribers (see below).

3. User account

• You must create an account to use SeonZen.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings > My account > Delete my account. This action is immediate and permanent.

4. Subscription and payment

SeonZen offers a 7-day free trial, with no commitment.

At the end of the trial, the subscription (monthly or annual, as you choose) is automatically renewed and billed, unless cancelled before the end of the current period.

Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store), which act as the parties responsible for the transaction. SeonZen neither receives nor stores your bank details.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your store settings (App Store or Play Store) or from Settings > My subscription > Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; no pro-rata refund is made, unless otherwise required by law.

Displayed prices include the taxes applicable in your country.

5. Intellectual property

All content in the app (animations, texts, logo, interface) is the property of SeonZen or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit it without permission.

6. Permitted use

You agree to use SeonZen in accordance with its purpose (wellbeing breaks) and not to:

• attempt to circumvent subscription or security mechanisms,
• use the app for illegal or harmful purposes,
• extract or resell the app's content.

7. Health notice

SeonZen is a wellbeing and relaxation tool. It is neither a medical device nor a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have a health condition, consult a healthcare professional.

8. Availability of the service

We strive to keep SeonZen available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or updates.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SeonZen cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the application.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SeonZen if these terms are breached.

11. Changes to the terms

We may amend these terms at any time. Any substantial change will be communicated to you in the app or by email. Continued use of SeonZen after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions applicable where you live.
