1. Who are we?

SeonZen is published by Karine Vallet, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel), registered under SIRET 413 784 117 00108, with registered office at 16 Place des Quinconces, 33000 Bordeaux, France.

2. What data do we collect?

Account data

• Email address
• Display name (optional)
• Preferred language
• Time zone

App usage data

• Your break preferences: frequency, duration, active days and hours, daily goal
• Your break session history: date, duration, animation watched, status (completed or not)
• Whether or not you have enabled notifications

Subscription data

• Your subscription status (active, trial, expired), expiry date, product subscribed to
• A technical identifier linked to your subscription (provided by RevenueCat, our subscription management provider)

We never receive your bank details. Payments are processed directly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store), which are solely responsible for processing your payment methods.

Notifications

To send you your break reminders, your device sends a technical identifier (push notification token) to our notification provider.

3. What we do not do

• We do not use any advertising tracking tools.
• We do not collect any location data.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
• We do not use third-party behavioural analytics or audience measurement tools.

4. Why do we use this data?

• Email, account: to create and secure your account and authenticate you
• Break preferences: to send you reminders at the right time and personalise your experience
• Session history: to display your statistics (today's breaks, weekly time)
• Subscription status: to unlock the Premium features you have subscribed to
• Notification token: to send you your break reminders

5. Who do we share your data with?

We use the following providers, who process your data on our behalf:

• Supabase: hosting of our database and authentication
• RevenueCat: subscription management
• Apple / Google: payment processing via the App Store and the Play Store
• Resend: sending transactional emails (password reset, account notifications)

These providers only use your data to provide their services to us, in accordance with our instructions.

6. How long do we keep your data?

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your data (profile, preferences, session history) is permanently and immediately deleted.

7. Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Access to your data
• Rectification of inaccurate data
• Erasure of your data
• Portability of your data
• Objection to certain processing

How to exercise these rights?

• Account deletion: directly in the app, via Settings > My account > Delete my account. This action is immediate and permanent.
• Rectification: edit your information directly in Settings > My account.
• Other requests: contact us at david@eid-lab.com. We will respond within the time limits set by the regulations.

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

9. Minors

SeonZen is not specifically intended for children under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data without the consent of their legal guardian, contact us so that we can delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may modify this privacy policy. Any substantial change will be communicated to you in the app or by email. The date of the last update appears at the top of this document.
